Sunday Rides
Our famous Sunday rides are a big hit, with two groups to choose from. The “B Group” normally covers around 60km of quiet Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows roads in up to three hours, while the “A Group” aims to power out up to 100km in the same amount of time, with a few more challenging climbs thrown into the mix.

Barry and the rest of the LR crew are excited that 1998 and 1999 Canadian Criterium Champion Stacey Spencer has been kickin’ it with the “A Group” these days. Also, kudos to LR youngster Brian MacDonald for hangin’ with the “A Group” and LR Mechanic Dave Hardie for reaching a personal best when he completed 80km with the “B Group.”

We’d love to have you out for a Sunday ride! Make sure you join us for coffee before we head off:

Where: Starbuck’s at Valley Fair Mall, Lougheed Hwy., Maple Ridge
When: Sundays @ 8:30 a.m. for coffee; ETD @ 9:00 a.m.

Labour Day Hours
Just a note that we will be closed this Sunday, September 3rd and Monday, September 4th for Labour Day. We hope you’ll use your long weekend for some quality bike time, ’cause we sure will. Enjoy!

Take your bike on vacation!

Good reasons to take your bike on your vacation:

2. Bicycles allow you to go places where other vehicles can’t.
3. Going for a spin will make you feel less guilty about letting loose at the all-inclusive buffet.
4. Cycling is the most efficient mode of human-powered transportation.
5. There are fantastic little forest trails near almost every campground, town or rest stop.
